a45a Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippine Members
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the a45a platform. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. a45a will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
You must notify a45a immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Account access is personal and non-transferable.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the a45a platform, you agree to the following obligations and conduct rules:
- You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any part of the platform, including its betting systems, live casino games, or promotional mechanisms.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.

5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the a45a platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). This includes deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and any applicable bonuses or cashback amounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. a45a does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered under the account holder's name. The platform reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures and the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. a45a is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Deposits made to your a45a account are for gaming purposes only and are non-refundable once used in wagers, except where required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a45a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of winnings, loss of data, technical failures, or service interruptions.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
a45a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions, including fraud, multiple accounts, or underage use.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Suspicious activity suggesting money laundering, collusion, or other illegal conduct.
